For all the foodies out there, Lenox in Belltown just made Bon Appetite’s 20 Best New Restaurants of 2025 (in the US). I have eaten there a few times and have been blown away — couldnt believe more people weren’t talking about it!! They have very unique take on Puerto Rican food that I absolutely loved — especially the crispy skin on the Lechon (mouth watering).
