Hey! Looking for recos (derm offices or med spas) for laser. I have a PCOS diagnosis and have been getting laser for 10+ years. Well seasoned vet in the hair removal game and recently moved here from the east coast.
I tried Aesthetic Laser Center of Seattle for two packages and I’m unimpressed by staffs knowledge of my laser setting/what areas of my face we do (we’ve been doing the same areas for a year)/any general knowledge about me as a customer (e.g. I get asked if I have a hormone imbalance every time, and every time I reiterate that I have PCOS)
I’m not asking for the esthetician to know the name of my unborn child but like— if you have to ask me every time what areas we usually do, it makes me question general records of my treatments or history from my intake. I think they’ve been fine, and have no complaints about the treatment itself, but I’m looking for a place with possibly more records and strategy to deal with my situation. Happy to pay whatever — this is just a very challenging / ongoing life struggle that I deal with.
