Anyone in the industry able to speak for their experience in the current job market? I will be graduating soon from UW (Informatics degree), and worried as I am having an incredibly hard time finding internships. Am I going to be unemployed for a while? Will I be able to find something within the field if I search for lower paying jobs? I know I won’t be making the insane salaries that new grads were making in ~5 years ago, but just hoping that I can find something that will let me rent out a 1 bedroom while saving some money.
