Couldn’t believe my eyes until it went right underneath my paddleboard. This was 3 hours ago. I remembered a couple weeks ago that someone said they saw one near gasworks. I am just surprised to see it so far south on the lake.
This evening I was paddleboarding between goose beach and MOHAI when I spotted what I assumed must have been a beaver. A few minutes later it resurfaced right next to me and I almost shat myself. I still couldn’t fully believe it but then it went right underneath my paddleboard and I could see how long it was, then it gave me a gentle nudge.
