Outside of Shake Shack at U Village, there is a set of bike racks and next to it, there is a grate in the ground. At random intervals in the day, the grate has a very loud sound that sounds like a washing machine, and there is also what sounds like very very faint music coming from the grate. Does anyone know what this is? Is it an industrial washing machine underneath the ground? Is it an apartment with a normal washing machine?
