Help finding specific restaurant

My wife and I talk about the world’s best slider (small burger) we had and we can’t find the restaurant. This was in 2019, we visited the Jimi Hendrix statue then walked to Elysian Capital Hill Brewery and had a flight of ciders and other drinks, then walked to the restaurant whose name we can’t remember. The place was walkable distance, a bit upscale, was not a ”burger” place, and we think we found them because they advertised a happy hour. My wife chose it because one review said it was ”the best burger they ever had” and after eating there, we agreed! Any insight into this place?

I THINK WE FOUND IT!! Thank you @blackeyesamurai , you have made me and my wife’s evening. We are currently living in Sweden and will definitely go there when we go back!! To everyone who has not gone there, it’s amazing and we still talk about it 7 years later
