Looking for an public track with lights in South Seattle

With sunset quickly creeping forward, I’m looking for safe places to run outside in the dark. I tried different high school tracks last year but a lot either don’t turn lights on unless there is a team there or are gated to the public. Last year, I ran in my neighborhood mostly, but it’s very hilly which wasn’t great for intervals.

Does anyone know of any tracks that have lights and are open to the public in South Seattle? Also open to flatter, well lit areas, with minimal traffic lights.
