Pacific Science Center for an adult without kids?

I was offered a hugely discounted membership to the PSC through my new employer. As the title states, I am a single adult. It seems really geared to children (understandable) and families.

I am interested in science. But the thought of being surrounded by school groups while visiting it not appealing to e. It also gives me a 15% discount on IMAX shows (I’ve never been but I like movies and noticed they have a lot of documentaries).

I’d appreciate some feedback from those familiar with the center on whether they think this would be worth it to someone like me.
