Wheelchair Accessible Remodeling Company?

My dad very suddenly became wheelchair bound over the last week and my parents need to remodel their house to make it wheelchair accessible. I’ve been searching local FB groups, this subreddit, and general internet searches and cannot find what I’m looking for. Are there any local companies that will come out and do an assessment of what needs to be done in the home to make it accessible? Also looking for a contractor to do the actual work. Thank you!
