Anyone living at the rise on Madison, has the building changed and would you suggest someone move there?

I am in need of housing and am looking to find an apartment and wanted to know if the building has gotten better. I saw mixed reviews and saw alot more positive recent reviews so I wanted to ask residents that live there if things have changed and if you would recommend someone move there?
