How is the coffe/cafe scene in Bellevue?

Having lived in Montreal, I am kinda spoiled when it comes to coffee and boutique cafes. Now that, I’m moving to Bellevue, I am wondering how is the coffee scene there. And what’s your recommedation for good coffee?
