The U Village Bartell closing has been in the news and the topic of conversation.
But I just heard it’s not their choice. The U Village is opting not to renew their lease. I don’t know if it’s just a rumor that was passed on to me over coffee but I’ll believe it. It’s one of the more frequented I’d argue and on the the edge of firstly well off neighborhoods. Plus there aren’t many pharmacies in the area outside of them.
So I’d believe it. Just doesn’t make much sense business wise in a few respects to me personally.
That’s very disappointing. Been going there since I was a child.
