Today around 9:15 am I was waiting for the bus in front of the Whole Foods when 10-15 EMS vehicles pulled up and blocked off all of Westlake between Denny and Thomas. I couldn’t see or smell any fire, and I feel like if there were that many vehicles for a fire, it would already be a noticable size. Even as I got on the bus there were more cop cars pulling up. Anyone know what’s happening?
