I saw on one of the West Seattle news sources that Friends of Roxhill are currently doing a drive for Winter Basic Needs for their families. Roxhill is a school that has at least 40% of their students are on free and reduced lunch. They don’t have a PTA, and because they are one of the smaller schools, they don’t have a lot of people talking about their drive, so I am putting this article here which has more information about the fundraiser they are doing. I figure there are people here who have more resources and previously were like the kids at Roxhill.
