Hi, I’m looking to move to Bellevue and wanted to get a feel of what the experiences of those who are currently or very recently lived at some of the high-rise apartments there.
I’ve been looking at 888, Elements, Soma Towers, Brio, etc and a lot of the reviews I see surround bad management and abnormally high utility bills.
Now at the end of 2025, are these sort of problems still ongoing at some of these places? Do the upsides of the amenities and location beat the downsides? Do you suggest any alternatives? Please lmk, thanks!
