I was worried about the whole seattle freeze thing, but now living here, people have been really kind and friendly.
Like just today, the cashier lady at tacobell brought the food to the customer in cruches and ask if she needed any hot sauce or napkins. Many other times, I have gone out to stores and the cashier would make friendly small talk with me. Where I came from, people are way more pessimistic and closed off. I don’t really see that here
