tl;dr for anyone getting paywalled: The owners of the building have served them an eviction notice back in June for July 31st, extended the deadline an extra month to end of August pending “good faith negotiations”. LRH insists that they have a valid lease till 2030 that they agreed upon with the previous owners before the current owners bought the building. Nothing happened since, so the owners filed an eviction suit earlier in November and now they’re going to court next week. submitted by /u/PSChris33 |
