The winters here are so rough on me physically with the grey, damp and cold. Have numerous health issues. How does everyone deal with it? I’ve tried layers, different coats and all that but it doesn’t work. Hands are always freezing and the cold cuts through you like a knife. Plan to move to a warm state at some point in the future, but for financial and job reasons it is not an option right now.
