Just what the title says. I am violently craving them. Years ago there was a restaurant in Federal Way that made them perfectly and I went atleast once a week. It closed maybe 3 years ago and I’ve yet to find any that taste as good. I’ve heard them called Singapore curry noodles, Singapore rice noodles, mei fun. Preferably Kent area but I will drive literally anywhere. Please help.
