I don’t know how to identify the differences between law enforcement. There were men in an unmarked, unlicensed SUV in the parking lot of Uwajimaya wearing guns and vests that said “public safety”. Didn’t know where else to put this.
Edit: I’ve been to Uwaji before and they weren’t normal security or I wouldn’t have put it here.
