For the past two years I’ve noticed how everyone in downtown Bellevue just forgets to drive and what the basic rules are. It’s always around Snowflake Lane time. Why are you running red lights? Why is everyone who turns left, blocking other lanes from moving. In the last 4 minutes, I witnessed 5 potential crashes.
