Hoping to support some people with outages – if you have a portable power station or an EV and are interested in helping, please hmu

With the storms this week and with more expected next week, a lot of people may lose power. Some of us have gear that could make a real difference for those folks: portable power stations (at least 1000wh) and electric vehicles can help someone keep their fridge running and their house warm for a few hours.

I’m putting together a simple, opt-in network of people willing to share backup power or assist nearby residents during outages. It’s non-committing; you get to choose when and how you share your power.
