No turns on green

What’s the deal with people not turning on green lights? They’ll be at the intersection and the light turns green and instead of turning, they just don’t?

Edit It’s a joke y’all. There were earlier posts today “no turns on red“ and “no turns on yellow”. I promise I understand how pedestrians and crosswalks work!
