Anyone else notice, over the last year or so, just how many cars are on the roads with super expired car tabs? I swear, I pull up behind a car at a light at least every other day with tabs that are at least six months expired. Do people just not care? Cops not pulling people over? Is the ticket less expensive than the insane cost of tabs? Just not used to seeing it so much.
