I see the 5PM-Midnight sign though the block is still full of parked cars so I was wondering if the sign didn’t apply on Sundays similarly to parking costs not applying on Sundays?

Does anyone know if that’s the case or are people just being stubborn and parking there anyway? Sorry for the post, I’m stressed and wanted to check with the community. This is near Climate Pledge if it means anything.
