Delivery Drivers

PUT THE PACKAGE IN THE LOCKER. I work in an apartment building and I am SICK of how many of you guys literally refuse to do this. You’ve made all the effort of showing up, getting in the building, and finding the locker. PUT IT IN THERE.

If you can’t do that QUIT YOUR JOB.

I just guided a delivery driver into the building, to the locker, and punched in the delivery code for them. “Oh no problem, you got it!” He said to me when I asked him to make sure they got in the locker. I stepped away for less than 60 seconds and when I came back into the area, and he sees me, this fucker starts JOGGING to the exit to avoid me.

This is NOT a one off experience. It’s RIDICULOUS.

Edit: Fun facts, if your building has a Luxer One Locker your management has a code to deliver packages. Most leases will have a bit about how they arent responsibile for your packages and as such aren’t responsibile for making sure they make it in there. But you can ask! It never hurts to ask! You can also give written permission for them to place your package in your home. This is, again, not something theyre required to do, but asking nicely never hurts.
