Last night around midnight, two guys broke open our back gate. They then wrecked the patio enclosure, and spent some time with a crowbar on our back door. We do love our @ring cam, though, and the intense volume of the alarm. We were able to dispatch the cops while they were still on property, although they were gone by the time cops arrived, scared off from the siren, I suppose.
These two weren’t done, though – they came back around 4 AM, ripped off our lock and broke the front door this time. They quickly killed the power for the entire corner so the alarms wouldn’t go off. Our baker arrived at 4:45 am, and happily missed them. ❤️
