I have lived in the Seattle area for two years and have used Astound Broadband the entire time. I currently pay $75 for the Gigabit plan. While I usually only deal with short outages, I have been without internet for over a day now.
The company wanted to charge me $80 for a technician, so I signed up for their $5/month protection plan to get a free visit, but I have to wait a week. My experience hasn’t been great when the service fails, the support is frustrating.
I am moving to the Bellevue/Kirkland area in a month.
Which internet provider do you recommend? Do you use Astound or something else?
