How much you pay for the laundry in your building ? If you have laundry in your unit/house, bravo. 👏
My current building in CH, that I love and has ok rent, is charging $3 per load + $3 for the drier. That feels a lot?
A know couple of people that pay $1.25-1.50. Before 2023 I was in the building that charged $1.25.
