Hey!
My buddy and I got inspired by a video series these guys in New York are doing and I want to see how many countries cuisines we can try in and around Seattle. We spin a wheel to choose the country and this week it landed on Chad! After doing some research it looks like the only Chadian restaurant I could find closed in the CD. If I can’t find anything I’ll be attempting to cook a traditional Chadian meal instead I think.
