Goose shot with an arrow at Lake Washington. Anybody able to transport?

Saw those poor little guy on our walk this morning. Called PAWS and Fish and Wildlife dispatch. PAWS said to transport if able but I am unable. Any wildlife folks out there able to help this little guy? He’s just north of the parking lot north of the Adam’s street boat launch on lake Washington Blvd about a mile north of Seward Park. PAWS said they will take them in if transported.
