Every time I return to the city, I’m struck by that specific “Seattle futurism” the way the sleek architecture and the constant flow of those articulated Metro buses make the city feel like it’s living in tomorrow. There’s a certain tranquility here, too. I love that people generally respect your bubble, but when you do strike up a conversation, it’s usually with someone sharp, direct, and genuinely interesting. I don’t really find that specific combination anywhere else in the States. Anyone else?
