If you see a loose German shepherd around the Whole Foods at westlake and Denny, the owner is actively looking for him. She’s a young Asian woman with an empty leash. He’s a pretty quick pup. I don’t know any more about the dog than that he blew by me on 9th. Hopefully someone can slow him down.
