Anywhere worth reporting this obvious scam attempt? [Spoiler just because there a QR code]

I got an _MMS message_ with this image claiming to be a summons for unpaid tolls in King County this morning from the “Kinperior Court” of Washington. With a Philadelphia PD badge number. From a number with a Dallas, TX area code. (Haven’t even bothered looking where the QR code points…)

Are there any fraud-prevention emails or numbers I can send the image and phone number to? Or is that a waste of everyone’s time? I figure since this is inpersonating the court system that maybe there’s a place for that.
