Title, registration and plates: How long does it take?

Hi,

I bought a new car recently, dealer sent all paperwork for registration and stuff. Its been a little less than a month, and still no word on registration, title and licence plates. Do you guys have experience on how long does it take for a new car? Do I have to call or get to DOL myself?
