Apartment suggestions near downtown Bellevue

Hello everyone!

I’ll be moving to Bellevue in a few weeks to work near downtown Bellevue and was hoping to get some recommendations for 1bed1ba apartments for around $2300 or less.

I guess the main thing I’m looking for is reliable package and grocery delivery. I don’t have a car, so I rely heavily on deliveries (Amazon packages, larger items like monitors or furniture, and grocery deliveries from places like Whole Foods or Walmart).

I previously lived in a building with an unattended mail room where everyone’s packages were placed and frequently stolen, so I’m hoping to see if I can find a place that has something like:

• A secure package room
• Amazon lockers / package lockers
• Front desk or that can hold more valuable or larger packages

Or if that’s not available then hopefully at least the place has a good reputation of packages not getting stolen from your unit’s front door haha. Especially since I’m not moving with anything besides my luggage, so I will have to buy a ton of items ranging from bed frames to drawers and chairs and such, which I will most likely have delivered to my unit (mostly stuff from Amazon).

Another big plus would be walkability to grocery stores.

Also, not related to the main question but does anyone know if the light rail extension opening March 28 will connect downtown Bellevue directly to downtown Seattle? My employer has offices in both places, so I might want go to Seattle about once a week haha. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
