Looking for Local Fiber Artists for Senior Project! (info in description)

Hey everyone! I am currently a high school senior in Bellevue and as part of a graduating requirement, every senior has to design a project with the goal helping their community.

For my project, I will be hosting weekly crafting nights over the next 6 weeks for local fiber artists to crochet or knit baby blankets that will later be donated to Swedish Hospital at the end of my project.

This event is open to everyone and the first meeting will be tomorrow at the Bellevue Library from 4:30pm to 6pm in Meeting Room 5. I know this is a super late notice but I’ve been having issues with getting the word out since I’m not on any social media and this is my last resort.

It would mean the world to me if you (and your friends!) could show up to support. Patterns, snacks, and materials will all be provided and the ultimate goal of my project is to bring together a community united by a shared hobby.
