It’s been nearly 2 hours, owner just dropped them off with no collar, nothing. Sweet dog but howling up a storm. Should I just go ahead and call animal control?
Update: owner apparently went to get a coffee and fell so they were at the clinic. Dog is fine and owner was very apologetic
