I’m genuinely concerned for the safety of the residents in my apartment building. We’re in lower Belltown. The past month or so, the same unhoused man has been hovering right outside our entrance. He isn’t just sleeping or minding his own business, but he is actively staring at us as we approach the entrance. I definitely think he is looking for an opportunity to get in.
He has his pants down to his knees, erratically hoping around, and occasionally yelling something. I’m not using the entrance when he’s around. The management of the building has been trying to make him leave but they’re not around on the weekends.
The same person has been around for weeks now and is more erratic. I’m becoming paranoid. Is there anything we can do at all?
