Should there be this many mosquitoes right now?

Is it just me, or are there a lot more mosquito then normal for this time of year?

They usually start showing up in the summer, but it’s still winter right now, but they are already popping up all over the place.

I’ve never had a big problem with mosquitoes after getting one of those uv rappers, but I feel like they’re showing up all over the place
