Quiet, Kid-Friendly Apts near Bellevue?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a new apartment complex within a 25-minute drive of Bellevue. I have a 2-year-old, so my top priorities are:

Low Noise: Looking to avoid heavy road noise or loud nightlife areas (toddler naps!).

Safety: A safe, family-friendly community is a must.

Any specific complexes or neighborhoods you’d recommend? Also, are there any spots I should definitely avoid?
