honestly so hyped about this. been flying SEA > HKG with a stopover in Vancouver or LA for years and it’s always added like 4-5 hours to the trip. direct flight is going to be a game changer especially for visiting family
cathay is also just a really solid airline, way better experience than what you usually get on the transpacific routes out of seattle. hoping the prices stay reasonable once the hype dies down
