What’s the burnt or demolished property west of 405, south Downtown?

I saw it from the train. It looked like a crane was clearing it from the inside of the rubble out, while something sprayed water from above. I couldn’t tell if that was because it was burning or just to keep everything cool while the demo crew did its job.

I tried searching for news stories about big fires, and didn’t find any, so I assume it’s been demolished, but I can’t pinpoint it on the map, and I won’t be able to get back downtown for days to see for myself.
