Any witness to a pedestrian getting hit by a car at the intersection of Broadway and E. Pine Wednesday April 8th around 3:00 pm?

This happened to a friend of mine. She is still not totally sure what happened as she was just crossing the street then boom. She is looking into obtaining a police report which could possibly have witness information, but maybe not. Would appreciate hearing from anybody who had witnessed this.
