Lately I’ve been noticing that a lot of listings on Seattle look pretty average but the pricing feels way higher than what the condition or building would suggest. Not even luxury units either just standard apartments that don’t seem to have much backing up the cost. I’ve been double checking a few places out of curiosity using public records and even sites like streetsmart and some of the pricing still doesn’t really add up. Feels like there’s a bit of a disconnect there but maybe I’m just seeing a skewed sample. Anyone else getting that impression while browsing?
