Does anyone live in Spring District?

I’ll be moving to the area in the upcoming months and am thinking about living in Spring District but a lot of threads here are from years ago.

Since the area is newer and still developing, was hoping someone can give me an updated perspective of what life there is like.

I’ll be staying inside for most of the time while occasionally going out to eat/grocery. Also if there’s a place nearby to play basketball that would be amazing but I’m not expecting it. And I’m good with occasionally venturing out further to places like Seattle if I want to visit somewhere.

Any insights would be amazing and greatly appreciated!
