Is “Greenlake tax” the sales tax on this receipt ?

Picked up a to go order just now at momi but was curious to know why the 10.85% tax is called Greenlake .

Update::::: just finished my butter chicken, first time here , it was absolutely delicious. Great Indian food, I’ll let those 5-6 cents slide . 😅😂🥲
