A couple of young Asian boys looks to be 14 were riding motor bikes on the side walk in down town Bellevue today. (describing them to call attention not to bring hate towards any group)
When confronted they told me they were on the side walk because they did not have a license and drove off creating a danger for other pedestrians.
If these kids aren’t able to walk their bikes when on a side walk they need to be fined and impounded. This is crazy to have kids with functionally motor cycles riding amounts pedestrians without a license. The parents should be ashamed of their children and fined for letting them be so reckless. /rant
