I am remodeling a house and need a place to live along with my wife for ~8-9 months. Ideally, it would furnished to save the hassle of moving furniture in and out.
I’ve considered renting an apartment in the Bravern or Two Lincoln Tower, but those units typically require a 12 month lease.
Does anyone have a suggestion of good options (or has place they are looking to rent) in Bellevue that allow more flexible leases? My expected budget is around $5k to $6k a month, but I could go up or down as needed.
