T Mobile Park should hire a band for home games

I went to a Mariners game last year and there was a great band playing right next to the street preachers, drowning them out (particularly the drummer). Why doesn’t T Mobile Park just hire a band to do this for every home game? It seems like this would be a relatively inexpensive solution that would generate a lot of goodwill.

Those street preachers make thousands of people pissed off every time they enter the stadium. I was there on Saturday and people were absolutely livid going through the security line, and many of them were taking it out on the security themselves. It’s a miserable experience. I felt bad for the staff in particular because they have to sit there listening to it for hours, on top of dealing with the angry crowd.
